Happy New Year’s Eve, Team
I hope you’ve had a wonderful holiday season and are feeling energized for the year ahead. As we prepare to kick off 2026, it’s a great time to embrace the new opportunities, challenges, and accomplishments that await us. Together, we’ll continue to grow, support one another, and strengthen our Legion community.
1. Membership night every Thursday! Card games, football watch, music and electronic gaming machines are all available for your enjoyment. Let’s come out and enjoy one another, 6:30-10:00 pm!
**** January’s Birthday Celebration is changed to 8 January 2026 due to the holiday, POC is LaShundra Small****
2. Post sponsored dance every Friday night from 9-1 am featuring DJ "BIGG" Hood. If you are hungry, thirst or just want to dance and a good
safe time, we got you!! What’s on the menu; Fish, Shrimp, Wings, Pork chops, fries and more. Legionnaires get in Free every Friday.
3. LOCKER Renewal is scheduled for January 1-15, 2026. Locks will be removed and content confiscated if dues are not paid by 11:59

4. KEY CARD change affective Jan 29, 2026. Key card issuance will be made based on need or justification and authorized by Post Commander.
5. Post Community Impact – Legion Cares initiatives:
- Food Drive – Please don’t forget to bring in what you can. Boxes are located in the foyer for easy drop off. See flyer attached for most needed non-perishable items. Also, money donations are welcomed. Our goal is to complete 6 boxes are better. We are almost there, just need your help get us across the finish line. 6. Community Youth Opportunity: American Legion Post 67 Oratorical Scholarship Contest is now accepting participants for the 2026 competition season. Please see attached flyer for detailed information. For questions, please contact Post 67 1st Vice Commander,

7. Item of Interest: Veterans Care International is an organization that partnered with Veterans Affairs Foreign Medical Program (FMP) to offer medical services to U.S. veterans living or travelling internationally. If you are interested, there is a weekly live webinar every Tuesday at
